Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal allows consumers to cancel their order in writing or on any other durable medium, without providing a reason and without penalty, within a period of 14 calendar days.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products that cannot be returned due to their nature (for example, unsealed perfumes or cosmetics) or for hygiene reasons (such as masks, underwear, and swimwear).

RETURN POLICY

TATIANA BIFOURI has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 business days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to our return center for a refund. Items must be sent back in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.), using the documents provided in the package.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging. Please note that all returns must be sent using the prepaid label included in your package. TATIANA BIFOURI cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost packages when the order has been sent via a different carrier. Please follow the steps below to return your order:

Fill out the return form included with your order and place it in your package.
Attach your Chronopost/UPS return label to the package.
Drop off your package at a Chronopost/UPS pickup point.

If you lose the return label, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you. Please note that TATIANA BIFOURI is not responsible for merchandise returned by a method or carrier other than via this prepaid label.

Returns must be shipped from the same country as the one where the order was received. Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been validated. You can check the status of your return at any time in "My Account." If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will send it back to you.

REFUND POLICY

For security reasons, refunds cannot be processed to a credit card different from the one used at the time of the order. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on banking institutions and can take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your return. Please be aware that TATIANA BIFOURI has no control over refunds, associated fees, or processing times for payments made with a prepaid card. These financial institutions reserve the right to process these transactions at their discretion. TATIANA BIFOURI cannot expedite this process. Please contact the issuer of your prepaid card for any inquiries or assistance.
