Shipping policy
TATIANA BIFOURI offers delivery services in Luxembourg and internationally, to all countries, except in special circumstances. For more information, please feel free to contact our customer service.
We provide shipping to any personal postal address, with packages delivered against signature. Delivery to a pick-up point is also available through our online store. Your package will be shipped via Post Luxembourg, Chronopost in mainland France, and UPS for the rest of the world.
Delivery of our orders is completely free within Europe. There are no shipping fees to pay. TATIANA BIFOURI offers standard delivery for all orders.
Product prices are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. TATIANA BIFOURI cannot be held liable for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays caused by customs, over which we have no control.
Orders with available stock are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the confirmation email of your purchase.
Please note that the delivery time depends entirely on the carrier. Delivery times are provided as estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, or customs clearance.
For any pre-orders, you will receive email notifications regarding the steps of the purchasing process. You will be kept informed about the progress of your order from the validation date until the shipping date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor its progress. All orders are shipped by our carrier and are fully traceable on their website, thanks to the tracking link we provide.
